FIRST DAY IN FIRENZE!

So I made it safely to Florence after two layovers and 14 hours of traveling! This post is going to be short because I’m sending it from my phone…. Still trying to figure out the Internet in our room! Today a few of us explored the immediate area around where we are staying, I unpacked all of my things, and ate dinner with the entire group. Orientation is tomorrow! Also let me say thank goodness for wi-fi and iMessage on iPhone because I was able to keep my family updated at each of the airports! I’m feeling exhausted, excited, overwhelmed, awestruck, thrilled, blessed and grateful right now. Can’t wait to get started with everything tomorrow. :)
